Operating Environment (COE) Platform Certification Program
Defining
and evolving certification requirements, while also overseeing
the program itself. This program replaces the COE KPC program
formerly offered by the Defense Information Systems Agency.

Certification
Assures that systems present a specific
appearance and behavior at the Human Computer Interface level,
have demonstrated interoperability, and meet data interchange
and security requirements. Based on the DISA Cross Platform
Compliance criteria for Linux systems.
